Captain Jack

He is a main character at Clearwater Beach. Plays the part so well. Every time I see him I take his photo, this is the first time I got a smile out of him. Yes, that is a smile.
Here is a more serious expression of him.
With the temperatures I'm not certain how he can stand those clothes.
