The Walk

This one is for Judy, while we can all imagine her early morning walks at the break of dawn because of our Florida heat. I'll pass along prayers that Friday's results have a good outcome.

Walking is great exercise, and to walk the beach feels even better.
Although, here on the Gulf of Mexico coast of Florida there is higher humidity than the Atlantic coast.
Our weather is really heating up. A weather report stated that we will feel 105° to 110° F this week and to take precautions.
Early morning or evening is the best time if you need to be out.
Stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
