.....I would climb this tree. It looks like a great one to climb. The thought takes me back to my childhood where there was a small beach a few houses down on my street. There was this huge old tree we use to climb. It was so much fun. Unfortunately I don't know the name of this particular tree, located next to the Museum of Fine Arts, St. Petersburg, Florida.
It is wonderful to be a child at heart!
Gosh it must be ancient...let me re-phrase that LOL I don't mean you....It does look like one of those celestial ancient tree, I love it, you young thang you ;)

This reminds me of some we saw on the East Coast ... but I don't know the name of them either. A great shot, and a great reaching back to childhood memories too.
Today I had a 'flashback' to a Mayday in 1951, when I was a 'bridesmaid' in a mock wedding. Patty and I had to swim the sidestroke out to the raft in a Connecticut bay of Long Island Sound. The water at the time of year is FRIGID! But, we did it...
