The Spa

Enough of those big reptiles, it's time for some R & R!

Everyone deserves some pampering.
It does not have to be the spa or cost anyting, but find some time today and every day to nurture yourself.
Close your eyes and meditate with some soft music.
Relax your shoulders, arms and hands.
Focus on the top of your head, down each side of your head, your neck
shoulders, back, arms, working your way down to your toes.
Imagine each muscle and relax it.
Breath in through your nose, slowly counting to 8 release your breath through your mouth.
Relax
Slowly open your eyes and feel how calm and relaxed you are.
All of this could take 5 minutes or 10 minutes, such a small amount of time for the benefit you get in return.
