I admired this statue sitting among the ferns. While it is of buddist form, if anyone can properly identify it for me I would appreciate it. As always thank you for your visit and comments. I am not fooling.... on this April Fool's Day.

it kind of looks like a depiction of Prince Siddhartha before his enlightenment, mostly because of the adornment as well as the enlarged ear lobes, one of the marks of a holy individual who will become a buddha or a great king. Yeah...I majored in religious studies...I could be way off though. Lovely picture.
