Taylor Park

One of our many beautiful parks. There are a few big alligators living here along with numerous waterfowl. With those 3 elements that is where you will often find me with my camera.

After posting I think a different background/framing would be better. What do you think?
Thank you for the input, I decided to reframe with a light background and re-post the image. I am still not that pleased with it.

I tend to agree with you, Barb; the gray seems to pull color from the water.

@Judy: Thanks Judy. It certainly did pull from the image, both appeared dull. I have changed the background. I am into the framing thing at least for now to go without would not be suitable to what I was trying to accomplish. Oh well there is tomorrow, new day, new posting. It is all trial and error.

I agree about the framing. The colors don't seem to "pop" with the gray background. Nice composition though.

I like the framing. It does not bother me. The composition is nice too with a clear foreground, middleground, and background. Perhaps there is a slight blue cast to the overall picture...could just be my computer.
