Funny and great picture. I really like it. Have a good day. 29 Jan 2008 8:43pm Steven from Chicagoland, United StatesWhat a great shot! That arm tells us everything that is going through that reptile's mind. 1 Feb 2008 6:50pm CraHan from Koolkerke, BelgiumAt first glance this looks like some dramatic scene from a monster movie. I didn't really experience it as a reptile hanging on for dear life. But I guess that's the fun thing about photography, everyone has his or her own interpretation of things :) Great capture! 6 Feb 2008 7:22pm akarui from Kagoshima, JapanVery well seen Barbara. I don't feel any danger for this little lezard and I find your picture quiet comic. I like the colors, textures and DOF of the picture. What would you think about a crop on the right to have the leg less in the middle? I love it anyway. 11 Feb 2008 5:50am @akarui: Thank you Akarui for your comment and suggestion. Cropping would be suitable. Although I wanted to keep more of a rectangular framing of the image. I appreciate your idea. The lizard was on top but had just gone over the side before returning for more photos. The other lizard was down there too. Twelvebit from Victoria, United StatesI wasn't there so maybe he was in distress, but based on my experience with all the lizards around here, I don't think so, and therefore, like akarui, I find the image amusing. 11 Feb 2008 2:51pm @Twelvebit: Thank you for your wonderful comments and stopping in. No distress at all. Two lizards were feuding and back and forth over the edge of the concrete area. I just happened to catch the arm at the moment this one was over. I am glad you found it amusing. I did too. Gosay from Newcastle, United KingdomFantastic Shot......its a great timing to capture this flick. 27 Feb 2008 1:48pm |
