In keeping with the theme of things I am adding a view of the "Beach Bridge" http://barbaraann.aminus3.com/image/2007-11-24.html from a different angle. The area to the left is called Sand Key where it is mostly condominiums and a few top name hotels. To the right is Clearwater Beach, where it is all hotels. There is a community of homes on the north end of Clearwater Beach. For the most part tourist do not go that far. 76

@Jerry Moores: Thanks Jerry for your comment and stopping in.
I'm sitting here in my house with a cold rain beating on my windows thinking how warm it must be there. No fair!
That looks so inviting.

Nice one, but for my part I prefer the southern tip of these barrier islands at Fort de Soto County park...

@Wolfgang Prigge: Great response, Wolfgang. You know the right place, Ft. de Soto was voted one of the top beaches in the country. It is a beautiful park and not that far, unfortunately I have only been there once. Must go again. Thank you for the comment.
Beautifully framed - love it.
